I visited this company for tax filing and was assisted by Jing. She is professional, patient, and very responsible. Jing explained my questions clearly and made the process smooth. I felt she handled the work carefully and efficiently. Overall, it was a positive experience. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that I think there’s still a little room for improvement in communication efficiency. But I truly appreciate her effort and professionalism, and I would recommend her to others.
