I went to New Day because of intense pain due to an abcess around an old root canal. My need for treatment was urgent. Since my regular dentist’s office was closed, I searched online and found New Day. When I called the office I had my first interaction with the lovely Tiffany, the receptionist. She could not have been more welcoming and helpful! She was extremely patient- and remained impressively calm and cheerful when dealing with my dental insurance company.
