Lindsay literally just saved my life today. I'd been dealing with some stressful weeks and it seemed to manifest in a paralyzing knot in that locked up my back this morning as I woke up. I could barely crawl out of bed and breathing felt tight and unnatural. Fortunately, Sunrise had a single appointment slot available on a Saturday (no one else did). I told Lindsay my issues and she made some recommendations that I went with (heated towel, hot rocks). I was in deep pain and I needed a deep treatment. I have been here a few times.This place is clean and well kept. The staff is courteous and professional.I was seen by Lindsay. She is a very experienced massage therapist and is good at what she does. I have got a lot of relief from the nagging shoulder and back pain after being treated by Lindsay.I highly recommend this place.

Recently had a couples massage here, and it was amazing! We both left feeling relaxed and happy! They focused so much on my problem areas too, and I feel so much better. Definitely would come back here!
