While the information gleaned from Dr Ferzli was very helpful and informative, his office staff knows very little about insurance. I was told that they could not file my insurance, but I knew from my previous experience that my insurance would pay for TMJ related problems. I was referred to their third-party billing company with any further questions. I did not find out till contacting Nicole at medical billing team (after I paid out-of-pocket for my comprehensive exam) that Dr. Ferzli has has opted out of Medicare, thus I have no recourse for reimbursement from my insurance. If you choose to receive treatment from Dr. Ferzli, be advised that you most likely will be paying for everything out-of-pocket.
