The staff is very professional and friendly. They explained everything to me beforehand so I knew what to expect. The entire procedure was well organized so they remain right on schedule. Everyone has a great bedside manner.
Very efficient. Arrived, and checked in at the office. Was taken back quick. Staff explained to me everything in detail, reviewed my medical history, current and past procedures. I was taken to procedure room quick. Woke up from Anastasia and I was was on my way home as soon as I was feeling like myself.
Very professional staff with friendly disposition. Everything is done the way it should be done, and with a smile. Zero discomfort after the procedure. The communications regarding biopsy results are prompt and clear.
