Said same day service. Receipt says pickup at 5pm. We have a black tie event tonight at New Year’s party and are from out of town. Realized there was a spot on the shirt. Called multiple places to find a same day service location, and they said they could do same day. We drop off and receipt says to come to pick up at 5pm. We arrive at 5pm and are told the shirt is NOT there. It was taken to another location and wouldn’t be ready for 3 days! We are from out of town and now do not have a shirt for my husbands suit for our new years event tonight. I was given the managers number. Called him. I was frustrated, obviously.
