Phillip and his team are great. He sold us our current house 7 years ago and we were grateful for him. Our sellers were some of the worst ever (and they were selling their house on their own with no agent) and he dealt with them professionally at all times.
Now, we are looking for a unicorn multigenerational house and we are impossible buyers. Mainly, it's because they don't sell what we're looking for, but we're also picky. He has dealt with us patiently and with lots of grace.
