They did a great job service wise but to have to check in on the app and not verify you're checked in by standing in the line is like a catch 22. What's the point of signing in the app if you still are expected to stand in line?! Overall service from nurses were terrific!

I just walked in and was seen within 15 minutes. Staff very cordial. They listened to me. Agreed with my evaluation. And prescribed the required meds in record time. Overall a satisfactory experience.

The wait wasn't terrible, and the nurse was very nice and understanding. The phone number on the website is inaccurate (the is an 800 number on the door) and nobody answers the other number. I tried for hours on two different days. The apps for check-in and then medical information from visits are easy to use and helpful but the app can be down for maintenance on occasion.
