Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Spoke to Malorie on the phone before my appointment and she was very nice in explaining the requirements for the visit. Went today to see Dr Rubenstein. He was very understanding, explained my options in a way I understood. I was very happy with the visit and will most likely return for a procedure I need. Thank you all again. All of my questions regarding my condition, the procedure to be performed, and insurance cost were answered satisfactorily.
