Linda and her team did a phenomenal job with our home purchase in Cary. We were relocating from out of state and needed an agent that would be very responsive as most of the homes we liked were getting under contract immediately. Linda was available day and night and quickly got access to a house we liked so we could see it by video call. As there were multiple offers on this house, Linda gave us great advice to send an email to the owner so they would know that even though we were out of state, that we had researched the area and were very interested in the home.
