I have been going to Light RX in Cary, NC for about a year and a half and I have had nothing but stellar results. All personnel are extremely helpful and friendly and after trying other Med Spas, I wouldn’t think of going any place else. Management and aestheticians are very thorough and explain every step of your journey thus the 5 star review.

I have had wonderful reuslts with the Tribella and Sofwave. My tech, Amber, explained everything before and during the process. She makes one relax and and at ease with the procedure. Kim at the front desk is also friendly and helpful. I've had ot change appointments more than once and she went out of her way to find time for me.

This place is exceptionally, friendly and accommodating, they are knowledgeable and efficient and very patient even when they didn’t have to be. I had some trouble getting to the appointment and I called the call center. It was absolutely a terrible experience talking to the call center But don’t let that sway your opinion of the facility itself. I waited on hold for 18 minutes just to be sent to voicemail. The reason for my call was to let them know that I was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late. I was furious by the time I was able to speak to someone in person.
