I can’t say enough good things about Dr. John Ballam and his team at Legacy Chiropractic. When I first came in, I had lost half the strength in my left arm due to a pinched nerve in my neck and back. I had already tried physical therapy and even consulted with an orthopedic surgeon who told me my only option was to fuse three discs in my neck.

From the front desk staff to the doctors at the practice, every time I enter the doors I am met with nothing, but genuine compassion and care.Dr. Adam Schnebelt, is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and listens to his patients. What I enjoy most is his collaborative effort to make sure I get the most out of every adjustment. After having gone to 5 different chiropractors in the Triangle area, this is the only chiropractic practice I would recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Schnebelt and the care I’ve received here. For months, I struggled with back pain that caused my arm to go completely numb. I saw multiple doctors, but no one could pinpoint the cause. I honestly thought my only options were going to be risky surgery or losing all feeling in my arm.
