I can’t say enough good things about Dr. John Ballam and his team at Legacy Chiropractic. When I first came in, I had lost half the strength in my left arm due to a pinched nerve in my neck and back. I had already tried physical therapy and even consulted with an orthopedic surgeon who told me my only option was to fuse three discs in my neck.
Thankfully, I found Dr. Ballam. His bedside manner is amazing—he truly listens and cares about his patients. Through his care, I not only avoided surgery, but I regained full strength in my arm. From the front desk staff to the doctors at the practice, every time I enter the doors I am met with nothing, but genuine compassion and care.Dr. Adam Schnebelt, is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and listens to his patients. What I enjoy most is his collaborative effort to make sure I get the most out of every adjustment. After having gone to 5 different chiropractors in the Triangle area, this is the only chiropractic practice I would recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Schnebelt and the care I’ve received here. For months, I struggled with back pain that caused my arm to go completely numb. I saw multiple doctors, but no one could pinpoint the cause. I honestly thought my only options were going to be risky surgery or losing all feeling in my arm.
