This place has shady practices and treats customers terribly. They made a billing mistake by charging my wife's insurance instead of mine (both subscriber numbers are on our cards) my insurance refused it. And they waited an ENTIRE YEAR to let me know there was a billing issue, and then refused to write the charges off which my insurance (understandably) would not retroactively pay as they waited OVER A YEAR to fix their mistake. And instead of doing right by their customers they choose to penalize them for their incompetence. Also was a sub par cleaning, glad I only went here once. Never go here... read full review

This review is for the Maynard rd. in Cary office for Perio upstairs. The young guy at the front desk perhaps thought it was karaoke night at the office in the morning. The music was sooooo loud, i couldn't hear myself speak at the front desk. And all while he was singing. Not the most professional atmosphere for a dental office. I thought i was going to read while waiting 2.5 hours in the waiting room for my husband but not! We pay allot of money to get work done and do not appreciate the unprofessional atmosphere. My husband came out of surgery to loud club music. Was awful!

Meryeme was my dental hygienist. She was very general and polite. The office itself was clean, which made me feel welcomed. They take the time to make sure everything is addressed!
