About Kim's Taekwondo Center
Kim's Taekwondo Center is a well-managed martial arts school in the Research Triangle, established in 2018. The center offers classes for all ages and skill levels, teaching more than just self-defense, but also discipline, confidence, and respect. Master instructors, including Master Kim, Master Preston, and Mrs. Martha, create a warm and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of community among students. The instructors are friendly and positive, managing kids well and keeping them motivated. They do not just play games but teach real TKD combined with physical exercise, helping students develop physically and mentally. Parents have praised the center for helping their children gain confidence, strength, and focus, and students look forward to learning and perfecting the art with friends every week. The joy and genuine care shown by the instructors make the experience welcoming and fun, making it a place where martial arts feel approachable and non-intimidating.
After six years, we continue to be impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the Kim’s Taekwondo Center team. Both of our sons have grown tremendously in physical, emotional, and mental strength through their experiences at KTC.

Our sons have been Taekwondo students for over a decade, and have been at Kim's since they opened. Through the guidance of their capable and inspiring instructors, both of my sons have achieved 4th degree black belts. I highly recommend Kim's for students of all skill levels and ages (many adults practice here as well)
