Great Clips has always been my go-to in college and will continue to be beyond. More specifically, I have found a hairstylist who truly knows how to cut my hair. Carrie Fisher, who works in Cary, NC, truly makes sure her clients are getting the perfect cut. Additionally, she genuinely cares about each of her clients. Each time I stop by, our conversations pick right up where they left off, which speaks high volume to me for who she is as a Great Clips employee and as a person overall!
This is the best great clips around! I felt like I was in a high end salon with the way they treated me. Wonderful customer service.

Attitude of the stylists at this location made me regret my decision to select this over other hair styling options nearby. Reservation system never works as we want at Greatclips. One cannot get a reservation made, before the actual center opens. Surprisingly, even when I stepped at the first minute after opening, I see a dozen names ahead of me as registered, on the screen. The stylist asks this question, “Did you register online?”. I guess the chance to get an haircut always works at the mercy of the workers there.
