Great Clips

I've been going to Great Clips my whole life (did the high-end salons, not worth it for trims) and I now go out of my way to come to this Great Clips (vs one that is closer to my home). The customer service here is above any other salon I've ever been to. Fern greeted me and treated me like I was her best friend, ensuring I was comfortable and loved my hair before leaving her chair. There was no wait, the service was quick, I love my hair and it literally turned my Monday around. Go see Fern!!!

I love this place. I went there on a Sunday and asked for a hair shampoo and they said they were short staff.They were not. They had 3 people and they always only have 2. In sad she just didn’t wanna do it

I went here with my son on Veterans Day. The lovely lady who cut my hair, Bonnie, was the absolute best! She introduced herself and went to giveme a hand shake( never experienced while getting haircuts)That showed great professionalism to start! Then she engaged in great conversation with me, which is rare. Usually I get one word/statements here and there. The usual stuff. But she delivered excellent conversation! And the best part, she actually did an amazing job with my haircut, I couldn’t help but compliment her the whole time!
