Im a bodybuilder who was looking for a quick 45 min full body workout where I can get my heart rate up, and this was perfect! The trainers especially were so friendly, fun and would keep pushing you. Also, loved their selection of music for the workouts
I am new to this F45 gym and I can't express enough what a positive experience it has been. Between Joseph's high energy and enthusiasm and the wealth of knowledge I get from Jesse's demo's , it has been a great time. On top of all that , you have owner , who is invested that our experience remain positive. It's great also to see him sweating it out with us during the workouts!!
I want to start by saying that the trainers at this F45 are AMAZING!!! Especially Joseph and Johnathan! All of them are really motivating and will take the time to correct your form so that you get the best workout possible without hurting yourself! They're all great to talk to as well! They have been a big part of me staying consistent with my physical activity. I highly recommend trying a class and joining!
