So glad I found this gym! Had a work trip in NC and needed to find something better than a hotel gym. This gym was very clean and doesn’t have teenagers all over. Everyone was an adult who was there to work! If you’re a compound lifter that likes free weights this is the place for you. Thanks guys!
I’ve been a member at EXPO for about 2 months now, and it’s hands down the best gym I’ve joined. The equipment is top-notch and always clean, the classes (especially the HIIT sessions) are energizing and led by super motivating instructors, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
ExPo Life is a hidden gem gym! The facilities are top notch and overall environment is amazing. The equipment seems to be brand new and they have all the right equipment regardless of what you are trying to do. On top of that, their owner is incredible nice and very hospitable. If I ever come back to the area I will 100% be coming back to ExPo Life
