When I unexpectedly lost my mom earlier this year, I was unable to process my grief. It started affecting my family life and my my marriage in an unhealthy way. My sessions with Chani have been so beneficial. I was able to unpack a lot of what was hurting and every session proves even more productive than the last. The “homework” that I was given each week made a huge difference in the way I was able to reconnect and become more present in my roles as a mother and a wife.
