Have been coming here almost a year and as someone one who really has never liked the dentist and has lots of anxiety around it with a long history of unfavorable dentists and situations — I am so thankful for Dr. Ghai. Her demeanor is very relaxed which helps. She is always very informative, explains things well and gives options. I also feel as though they are very honest which is appreciated. The front desk staff is pleasurable and it is always easy to schedule with them as well.

I found Cresent Dental because they work with his supplemental Medicare insurance. I was a little skeptical at first with the location. Its tucked away in the strip mall and their front dest is tiny. Please do not let that deter you!!!! The level of customer service and standard of care is top knotch!! You feel like you are part of the family. They were always able to work an appointment in sooner than expected. Although the process to get my dads dentures took a couple visits he said they fit perfectly. He said way better than the ones he got done in a day. They are so lovely there I am going to miss them now that his dentures are done.

I have severe anxiety and Dr. Ricky Ghai was absolutely amazing. He was easy to talk to and non judgemental. He made sure I understood everything without making me feel unintelligent and his work is excellent. He just pulled a bad tooth for me and I have experienced zero pain so far. The staff is professional and as a disabled person with severe anxiety and lack of dental insurance until recently, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Crescent Dental and have already recommended them to both my partner and roommate, and will continue to recommend them to local friends and coworkers that mention needing a dentist. Thank you Dr. Ghai!
