Charles Ashley Mann, DDS & Associates - Cary

Great team of Dr and technicians. I have been with Dr Mann for many years. Most recently I experienced pain in a molar that had a crown. Made an appt to have the crown recemented Turned out the roots in my tooth had died and a raging infection under the tooth was causing all the pain. Dr Mann did a root canal at that appt and put me on antibiotics and left the canals open for drainage for 2 weeks. Yesterday he and his team completed the root canal, made a new crown and completed the job. Feels and looks great. Thanks for the quick attention to the issue!

Okay here goes…I am, like many others, scared of the dentist. I usually have to take an Ativan in order to even GO to the dentist. Well, not anymore! Oh my goodness. I have had the most amazing time with Dr. Mann and his team! They are non judgmental, super upbeat, extremely knowledgeable, and so calming. If you’re hesitant about the dentist, PLEASE give this crew a chance. Our dental health is just as important as any other part of our body! You will not be disappointed!

I had my first appointment today- I rarely have nice things to say about dental appointments because they stress me out, but I had a really good experience. Felicia took care of me and put me at ease immediately. Dr Mann was great and good at explaining the care plan. Making my next appointments was easy. Everyone was friendly. I’m not going to say I look forward to my next appointment, but I definitely won’t dread it as much as I used to!
