We've been using Cassiopeia's Home Care Agency for almost 2 years now. It was a rocky start and it took some time to find the right care giver for mom, but we did finally hit the jackpot and have the best caregiver now. Cassiopeia was very helpful and persistent finding the right person for us. The key to any relationship is communication and that has been one thing that has been good from the start. They were very professional from our first phone call and that has never changed. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because of our rocky start but we are receiving 5 start service today.
