I have been a patient at Cary Audiology Associates for about 10 years and have been super pleased with their professional, caring and friendly service. They have the latest equipment to provide you with aids programed to compensate for your hearing loss in each ear. I have found them to be readily available to handle any problems or questions, and they have a walk-in time each day to see a doctor -- no appointment needed.
They are always there to help and assist when I come in for regular checks for my hearing aids. I subscribe to a yearly maintenance plan and it is very helpful when minor issues arise. Very courteous and accommodating
I had a great experience at Carey Audiology when I took my daughter Reese there on Thursday. The appointment process was very easy, and I was able to check in online ahead of time. Our appointment was at 10:00, and we were seen right on time as soon as we arrived.
The lady at the front desk was exceptional, and the doctors and staff were all very kind and professional. My daughter was experiencing some ear clogging, and they were able to do an ear wash for her. They made the whole process comfortable, easy, and reassuring for her.
Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Carey Audiology.
