I've been very pleased with the staff. My former audiologist retired I asked her for a recommendation. I wear Oticon hearing aids. Its representative suggested Cary audiology. I have always been treated with respect and considered a friend. Walk in hour is 11 to Noon Monday through Friday. The coffee and miniature Hersey's chocolates don't hurt either.
Caring and competent staff. I always feel that they have listened to me and have done what needed to be done. Yes, great hearing aids are expensive, but here you get your money's worth!
My husband and I drove my sister. to the doctor and wound up getting lost so we were late. Instead of making her make another appointment the doctor was kind enough to give her the test and she made an appoint to come back. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. We would recommend them to anyone in need of ear help.
