Regarding Cary, NC's Body Balance By Audra Massage Therapy, let me start by saying I've had a lot of massages in a variety of destinations but no one comes close to Audra; simply put, Audra is the best of the best! I especially appreciate how Audra intuitively tunes into "quiet time" vs. "talk time" with clients. I want to relax and not feel as if i need to engage in conversation during my massage. Her techniques and skills are superior. Plus, she's an excellent resource for all healthy-lifestyle information. I highly recommend Audra. She's an excellent massage therapist. Extremely neat and clean too!

I was just off back surgery and had my first massage with Audra. She was great - she made sure she understood what I needed and could tolerate. The massage was excellent! This will be an ongoing part of my therapy.
