Deidre is the owner of this wonderful spa and I’ve been a client for many years. The reason I keep coming back is because of the quality of the services I receive the quiet environment and the value of the services. Oh my goodness, I have followed Deirdre from the Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary and a Nail Salon, Spa, in Zebulon. Deirdre is the best. She takes the time to get to know you, and she really cares about you. Deirdre, I will follow you to the moon and back, sweetie 🥰

Excellent service. The massages are so good I fall asleep every time. Deirdre is the best. She focuses on your needs, works on your target areas, and can make the most tired muscles relax, resulting in a fantastic massage. She also does beautiful and healthy nails. I have been going for over 10 years! Love this place!!

I had a very hard time reaching them, they did not answer the phone. When they texted me back with appointment times that didn’t work with my schedule they ghosted me instead of telling me to book online. I wasted money on a Groupon that expired because of the lack of customer service skills.

Horrible experience with this merchant .. they never pick up calls and ask to send a message for appointments and then do not respond to the messages you send. Had a Groupon coupon .. tried booking appointment multiple times and finally got fed up .. thankfully got a refund by Groupon ..

Massage was pretty good. However, I paid for 60 minutes and my massage lasted 46 minutes. I didn't realize until I was home. REPLY began hands on 3:05 & ended 3:51. It was also difficult to schedule apt, I had to wait months. Sadly not worth the wait.
