Prior to install, Gib went above and beyond, answering every questioni had about equipment and the necessary accessories. He and Cody did an outstanding job installing our generator inlet/interlock system in a timely manner. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up after and took their time walking me through the necessary steps to get our generator connected and running safely in the event of a power outage. They answered all of my questions and explained the “why” behind every step, which I truly appreciate.
