Based on customer reviews, Clean Pression Dry Cleaner provides amazing service with a friendly staff. They are a great place for dry cleaning and alterations, having done a marvelous job altering pants' legs. The business is located in the same area as Harris Teeter in Carthage, NC. Customers had the BEST experience, with one parka coming back looking BRAND NEW, with a sparkling clean collar and NO makeup markings. They can get anything out of white comforters, including slime or red Lollipop stains. Their service is super helpful, with quick responses even after hours. Alterations were perfect at a great price and were efficient. However, some customers note that uniforms have not been back when promised, though they made it right by delivering to the house. The business is a little pricey, but shirts are clean and pressed exactly how customers like. Highly recommended for friendly service.
I would give them a higher rating, but the 2 times I've used them, my shirts haven't been back when they said they'd be there. The 2nd time, they made it right by delivering them to my house. My shirts are clean and pressed exactly how I like. If they can fix the delivery time of my uniforms, they'd be 5 stars. They are a little pricey.
OMG!!!!!! The BEST experience!!!
I brought in my beautiful $275 Eddie Bauer parka to be cleaned. The collar was dirty with makeup and it just looked really dingy after lots of wear over the past 10 years. I didn't expect much, just thought it could get cleaned up a bit. Boy, was I impressed when I pulled it out of the bag!
I'm a fitness instructor, and I have worn this parka after teaching sweaty classes and I thought there was never going to be anyway to get it back to looking somewhat clean.
I was absolutely AMAZED when I took it out today and saw that the collar was sparkling clean, the entire coat look BRAND NEW just like I bought it 10 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!

It was hard to find a dry cleaner in Southern Pines / Pinehfurstthat would do alterations. Clean Pression Dry Cleaner is a great place for your dry cleaning and very friendly! The pants' legs were altered, and they did a marvelous job! I will be using them from now on. Their business is in the same area as Harris Teeter in Carthage NC
