The place offers fast, friendly service with very reasonable prices. Customers can drop off a suit jacket, jumpsuit, down comforter or other items and receive a text message when the clothes are ready to be picked up, usually within two days. The place smells amazing and the front desk staff are charming and delightful, providing notifications when an order is complete and offering an added bonus for online paying. Management went above and beyond to correct any mistake, making customers extremely happy with the back end work provided.
I recently brought a woman’s suit jacket and a jumpsuit to get pressed. Prices were very reasonable, it only took two days, and I received a text message when my clothes were ready to be picked up.
I called earlier today to get a quote for dry cleaning a down comforter. They were very nice and gave me a really affordable quote. When I walked in, the front desk staff recognized me by my voice. The charming southern lady at the front desk was delightful—I love her. Plus, the place smells amazing when you walk in.
Mistakes happen, management went above and beyond to correct a mistake made on their behalf by a sub contracted service. Extremely happy with the back end work provided to fix the issue
