I called Carolina air last night when I woke up at 9 o’clock and it was 80 degrees in my house. I thought they were just putting me off when she said he would text you on his way to your house. Not only did he text me but he was at the house in less that a hr. I was very glad to see him. You see I am on oxygen and the heat above 75 degrees I can’t get enough air Anyway he fixed a burnt wire on the inside also replace contacts on the outside I think the guys was a genius great guy very courteous and worked his but off to get me air there is no company like Carolina air there people are great this is not first time I used them everytime and all there techs were... read full review

I purchased an Amana heat pump a little over a year ago. Yesterday the unit quit working. Was told it was the BEST, when purchased! The repairman came out, turned off the inside and outside units and turned them back on; said the two computers quit communicating possibly because of a possible power outage. The problem solved at a cost of $127 for a unit under warranty and under a service contract. If these units quit communicating because of a power... read full review

The technician (Jose) was prompt, polite, and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided additional valuable information regarding HVAC systems. I was impressed with the service and was happy to purchase a maintenance plan.
