Found Matthew after extensive search for a landscape pro who was knowledgeable and focused on native plantings, their value, and how best to build an ecosystem around them. We have contracted him to develop and consult on a full scale property plan that we can tackle in segments, as is possible, with our budget over time. Trees, shrubs, flowers, and accents.

The amount of beauty and functional ecosystem that we have already achieved is spectacular. The impact he has made is immeasurable. So much of interest to see in all seasons. It is a pleasure to review Matthew Arnsberger of Piedmont-Environmental because he is the most knowledgeable landscaping professional I have ever worked with. He actually understands soils, plants and climate — from both an aesthetic and scientific standpoint. This is very rare to find in the landscape field. He is also extremely thoughtful. His landscaping proposal for my clients (I’m an architect) was the most detailed and well thought out that I’ve seen in over 20 years in the profession. Matthew consistently does quality work. His landscapes look beautiful and will last due to his use of native plants, good soil, etc. I agree with the previous review that he is the best gardener we have ever had.
