I have visited 3 times and yesterday will be my last. There is a young woman who provides great customer service in that she is professional, patient & detail oriented but the skill / technique level is not there. Overall they are not able to execute basic aesthetics. Dipping is thick and not flat to the nail making my real nails look fake and too wide. The almond shape is very common and yet they have trouble doing this. Rather than cutting the sides to a point she cut the tops at first and when I asked not to cut the tops she stopped cutting my nails and only filed (not the right technique for this style). I was skeptical about going to this place because of the reviews but since they were outdated I gave it a chance. I don’t regret it! They took me right away and they were so careful and gentle with my nails, I love them!
