This was my first ever massage and I had no idea what to expect but the experience was amazing! Kate was very sweet and communicative and the entire massage was relaxing with the perfect amount of firmness. I have no idea what techniques she was using but they were the right ones for me:) Would 100% recommend to anyone!

I went to Kate for the first time last week and would highly recommend her if you're having any pain issues. I had fallen and broken my fibula and had been hopping and limping for a few weeks and was sore from walking unnaturally as well as the broken bone. It's a week later and I'm still pain-free. I've been to many massage therapists over the years and she is in the top 5. Thanks Kate!

I have been to many massage therapists over the years and Kate is-by far-the best I have been to. She is always able to identify the source of my aches and pains, provide tremendous relief, and also communicate things I can do between sessions to help my body.
