Head Over Heels Jewelry
“I love Bill, he is an amazing hair stylist, and an amazing person. He has been cutting and coloring my hair for over 25 years. With Bill's expertise and gentle guidance I have found my true style; I leave his salon feeling fantastic. When I travel I feel confident that my hair color and style are amazing, and the complements I have received in New York and Paris validate my confidence.Bill's humor, honesty, passion and compassion make him one of my most favorite people. Cannot say enough good things about Bill and Head over Heels.”
