Virginia had a thorough discussion with me before my massage to assess the delivery of my son (a year and a half ago), my daily routine, and current ailments.

Virginia primarily uses accupressure-based techniques which are highly effective for relaxation and gentle correction of painful areas. Her work is serene and systematic, ensuring thorough coverage of back and shoulder regions. Long holds with barely-there hand contact (energy work) are hypnotizing and regenerative. She also performed some gluteal/hip releases that were very helpful.
