We had a foot of standing water in our basement after the tropical storm, Chantal, passed Chapel Hill last weekend. We called Drain Express and Tracy promptly came to our rescue.
Tracy was very professional and efficient. He cares about fixing the problem and does not try to upsell. He quickly pumped out all the water and cleared our clogged floor drain. When he came back the next day to check on the basement, we showed him our flooded crawl space. He immediately tackled the additional problem in earnest. We have nothing but praise for his work and sincerity to help.
