When I called, Jim listened to my explanation as to was was going on with my computer, was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I took my computer in Sunday afternoon, and he completed the repair later that day, which was ahead of his estimated completion date.

What a treasure Jim is! I am very computer literate and I thought a simple job of changing my internal battery would be a piece of cake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the back off of the laptop! It turned out to be a lengthy process that I never would have been able to do by myself. I am so grateful for Jim’s patience and knowledge and now my laptop is back to normal, and for a very reasonable price!
