Richard was a great technician, he was kind, explanatory, and knowledgeable. He showed up early to my "scheduled" same day service and took his time to figure out the root of the issue. ?
Everyone I have dealt with at Wilmington Air has been extremely friendly & professional. We had an issue with our unit for months & it was very hard to diagnose the problem.. Each time I called back they got someone to come out right away. Will was the one that came out each time. He was very professional everytime he came. Absolutely excellent customer service! I was scheduled for repair in the same day. Robert was professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough in explaining the reason why AC unit malfunctioned and repaired it very quickly! Great cost and I will highly recommend!Services: Repair HVAC
