We thought Billy & his team were awesome! We got a new Trane HVAC unit installed (4/2022) up in our ceiling space. We had a few minor problems. I believe you can always tell good people/business when there’s a problem and how they react & fix the problem. Billy was on it. He answered all calls & texts immediately (after hours too). Not once did I feel like I couldn’t call! When I hadn’t called for a week, he called and checked to make sure all was still going well. It’s been 5 months and running 100% perfect all summer. In a single visit, Taylor's Heating and Air was able to diagnose the short cycle problem and remove and replace the refrigerant filter dryer, which showed signs of deterioration as a result of corrosion. No muss, no fuss. Shop local.
Super Fast Service. I told them I need help now and they were here in 45 minutes! Found a leak, fixed it and filled missing refrigerant. Very Friendly Mask on service without asking. Cost was fair (cheaper than I expected). Saved my day! Got my HVAC running
