Saturday afternoon and the HVAC quit working. I called. Taylor Heating and Air and a repairman was at my door within the hour. We had AC within 15 min. So grateful for their care and service.

Cameron came on scheduled time- actually early. Our AC working but not cooling well. Explained what was being done. We have a leak so he put StopLeak and dye to find leak. Will return in 2 weeks to find and repair leak. Very professional and pleasant.

I called this week for service on my HVAC unit. Time for air conditioning and mine wasn't cooling. I called Taylor's because my neighbors used them and I am so glad I did. They came out that day and accessed the issues and made arrangements to do repairs the next day. Communication with tech and company was excellent. They were quick and efficient and I had cool air by the time I came back home. Cost was in line or better than local competitors. The office staff, Heather, helped me with my invoice and set me up with yearly service plan (that included a 15% discount). I live in a condo and I have recommended my neighbors use this company for cost savings and efficiency. I highly recommend Taylor's - great people and great service!

Hired these guys for an initial service and was very impressed with them. Showed up as scheduled and very professional! Last night my ac went out (bad capacitor). They showed up right on time again today and within an hour had it all fixed up. Nice job guys!
