“Erika's pet grooming provided great pet service. Unfortunately my dog was too aggressive to complete his hair cut. Erika and her staff was very understanding and considerate. I felt really bad about the situation, since he could have injured Erika and her staff, but they tried to be as accommodating as possible, which I really appreciate, but still I as the owner of my dog, I should have know better about my dog's behavior. I made sure to apologize to Erika and her staff right away when I arrive back to pick up my dog. I even attempted to pay Erika and her staff some form of fee for their service, but they politely would not accept my money. This is how understanding they were about my dog situation, which they did not have to be. Ultimately my dog will need training in order to be more calm and less aggressive to be able to get his hair cut. Erika and her staff even suggested that I come back again at another time hoping that my dog would settle down. So they were still very welcoming, which they didn't have to be due to the unfortunate experience I put them in with my dog. At the end, I hope to return back due to Erika and her staff great service and affordable price. Thank you“
