I’d recommend Julia Brown to anyone. Julia was so responsive to all of our questions, replying to voicemails and emails on weekends and nights. She proactively let us know anything that was important. A class act all around! Julia went above and beyond. She made it very easy for us to sell the house, she did all the work for us, and we very much appreciate it. We didn't even have to be present (the property she sold for us was in a different state). Julia is a master of the computer tools and so we didn't have to be. Everything was easy.
Julia worked with us to look for property, sell our house and then to buy a new construction house. She was there with us all the way- advocated for us, was patient in our searches, always stood with us and helped us get a good deal and successfully selling and purchasing a new home. I would highly recommend her!
