Thank you Deanna for helping my husband and I find our dream home. Deanna is super professional and an expert in real estate issues but at the same time she is very kind and close. She was always willing to answer all our questions and clarify our doubts. It was a pleasure that Deanna attended us in Spanish and explained the entire purchase process in Spanish as well, so our experience was easier and not stressful. I am very grateful for your help.

The Ebersole & Kelley Team was fabulous to work with! They knew the market and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a beach house. Carissa was great in talking through with me how to structure the offer and contract terms. She was available and with me every step up of the way through closing. And since I was not in town, she was available to meet with inspectors and repairmen during the pre-closing period. Tammy and Carissa are both experienced and knowledgeable professionals. I highly recommend the Ebersole & Kelley Team!

Carissa Kelley was amazing & extremely patient. As we all know when you’re purchasing a home especially in North Carolina there is not enough inventory and too many buyers so she was patient enough to do application after application after application!! Then she worked tirelessly to help me through a purchase that got complicated… however she never missed a beat. Carissa goes to bat for you! She will battle for you which makes her priceless…. She’s professional & really cares about her clients. She periodically checks in on you after you’ve purchased your home just to make sure you are still ok!
