I live on Seabrook Island, SC, & I'm searching for a home in the NC mountains. I have quickly learned how dificult it is to be searching long distance in a competitive market. The entire experience has been very frustrating & nerve-racking to say the least. The best thing I've come upon in this whole experience is inspector Matt! We are purchasing from out of state and used Matt as our home inspector. He was great! Extremely thorough and examined everything. He sent us descriptive videos and the report was full of pictures. He sent over the inspection report right away and it was extremely detailed. There were a couple areas we had him check out for us specifically and he did without hesitation and even sent us more pictures after the report was sent over. I highly recommend Matt for your home inspection!
