I wish I could give a ten star review for this company. I had a problem over the weekend with my heat pump. I called the comfort Guru first thing this morning. I spoke with Adam and told him my situation and asked if they could possibly come out today. Adam said that he most certainly could get someone over today. Adam called about an hour later and said that a technician was on the way. Bryson arrived at my house within 30 minutes. What a fantastic young man. After diagnosing the problem he replaced the part and I had A/C once again. I am so impressed with this company not only are they knowledgeable but very professional. What a wonderful company! After we experienced flooding in our basement from Hurricane Helena, we were faced with replacing out heating system. Their prices were much lower than their competitors. They worked tirelessly to replace our system with a wonderful propane furnace. Our electricity bills are now substantially less and we have a more comfortable home. The back bedrooms were always either too hot or too cold. Now the temperature is consistent throughout our home. I recommend Comfort Gurus 100%!
