Great Customer service. I have been a Ledbetter’s customer for years and plan on continuing to be. My thermostat was randomly turning off and they quickly diagnosed that I had a drain clogged that was causing the water to back up and trip the water trigger shutting off the unit so I didn’t have a flood. Quickly resolved and back to normal functioning.
It’s late in the day on Friday and my AC froze over. I called Ledbetter Heating And Air air-conditioning and even though they were fully scheduled one of their team members showed up at the very end of their day and took care of. The whole issue. Texted me asked me if I needed anything else. This is the service we used to have in America. This is the service that I haven’t seen anywhere else. The rates are more than fair and they never disappoint. No monkey business no trying to tell me all you need a new system. They just got it fixed. It was really inexpensive and it was in the middle of a Friday late day when most companies say will send someone out on Monday
