Called Mikes Heating and Cooling and got a technician to come out same day, though I had never used them before! Justin came and diagnosed the problem and showed me what it would cost before hand! He had it fixed and blowing warm air ( on one of the coldest days of the year) in just a few minutes! Everything from the initial call to the finished work was professional and courteous and I couldn’t ask for a better experience!!!
We arrived at our vacation home in the Blue Ridge Mountains on December 29th to find that our furnace had stopped working... Outside temps were in the 20's.

Mike’s H&A did an amazing job servicing my units and changing out my old thermostats to new wi fi versions. Greg was very helpful and helped make sure all our wiring was correct. Very trustworthy and the cost was reasonable.
