Dr. Dena has listened to my concerns and presented treatment options that are in line with my desire not to be on to many medications. She always presents herself as a knowledgeable physician and is willing to provide telehealth when appropriate to save me time coming in to the office. I always feel like I am heard and I have received wonderful care from her. Dr. Dena's new assistant is great! She is on top of things and such a breath of fresh air! Now that Advent has gotten their patient portal updated and working properly, I get responses from the doctor and the assistant in a timely manor. My daughter and I see Dr. Matt Snead and Dr. Frost here, and they’re amazing as well as their MA’s, however anytime a message needs to be relayed, it takes more than the 48 hours that they tell you it does, in order for them to get back to you. This is the only issue that seems to never change. I believe Advent signs these docs on for too many patients and it gives them less time to take care of their needs properly.

The other reviews are unfortunately true. But I can’t give one star here because the nurses and most people on the phone are great. However the doctors and management here are just bottom of the barrel for quality of care, professionalism, and accountability. They fail at even remedial tasks, so if you have real health issues and need responsive and careful treatment, avoid at all costs. I just needed simple prescription refills. Somehow they mess it up, every single time. Sometimes two or three times before you get to pick up your medication which will always be late or wrong or without prior authorization.
