So my wife scheduled an appointment over a week ago to have an exam done. A person named Sarah waits until the weekend before the appointment to call. My wife took time off work for this appointment to have it done and should have been called sooner got the change.Secondly while waiting with her I noticed the receptionist for the gold side on the morning of the 13 March 2023 need to not only need retrained in manners but also especially one of them repeated things back to people checking in that I'm sure the quarter deck on the other side could have heard her. What happened to hipa. Apparently they forgot that. It was also amazing how with one patient I hear them offering...read full review
L&D was pretty good except them saying I had problems and kept giving me multiple ivs til where I could barley hold my baby and after I left the hospital too. Now that we go to the pediatrics they make us feel like we aren't good at parenting our child and making us feel like we're the reason he isn't gaining weight. We have him on a schedule and he has 6 6oz bottles a day. They told us their gonna admit him to the hospital today for overnight but we got here and they premade sheets to track his feeding times and it goes all the way till the 29th. I bet they're gonna throw some more bs about having us stay here longer. They also wouldn't let us leave for food and come back. Also talked behind my back when I got upset we couldn't go eat and come back since we didn't have breakfast and we're there since 8:20am. I heard them talking under their breath and making fun of how I stormed back inside because they wouldn't let me leave to eat. Even though the day before I told them I'm inside all day cause my husband and they told me that's illegal cause he's restricting me but they restricted me from leaving to get food and come back. They then had someone basically escort us to the hospital. Now we're sitting in the hospital because his weight and they basically told us we're going to feed him till he gains weight. Still haven't eaten yet and it's already 12, we don't have money for food and they want us to buy bottled water from downstairs. Also used our gas up which we can barely afford. A few weeks ago they also sent us here cause they said he was breathing too fast but as soon as we got to the er they told me he wasn't and it isn't the first time they've sent people to the er for no reason. I'm tired of bringing my newborn to a hospital especially now since we got inside I see they have like a new quarantine area really close to the room they put us. If my baby, husband or I get sick trust me they're gonna here from me.
