The customer service is top notch at Allegiant! I called for pricing information and was given a quote immediately. I also inquired about pricing on rodent issues and was told the owner would give me a call back since he handled those services. Tony called me back in less than 24 hours with a rough estimate and came out a few days later for an onsite estimate. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and we set up an appointment for the pest control service. The first technician they sent was a bit lazy. Didn’t make any effort to investigate the actual pest to take the proper action. The second technician was awesome. He talked with us to investigate what we really needed, and was extremely throughout during the treatment.
